How do I classify assets and liabilities as current or noncurrent on the balance sheet?
I keep missing these FAR questions when a company has prepaid items, a line of credit, and long-term debt with a current portion. I know the one-year rule matters, but I am not sure how the operating cycle and refinancing exceptions fit together.
